Low priority message.

This is probably a Low Priority message - check the item in the mail.box for a field entitled: "DeliveryPriority" - value of 'L'.

The server can be set to obey or ignore an item's priority - check the Server configuration document -> Router/SMTP -> Advanced -> Controls tab for 'Ignore Message Priority' - If set to Disabled, Low priority message will only be delivered according to the schedule on the Router/SMTP -> Restrictions and Controls -> Transfer Controls tab.
